Bastian Unterberg has a background in computer science at the University of Siegen and studied Design at the University of Arts in Berlin. In 2007, wishing to empower creative talent and shape the future of work, Bastian founded Jovoto, an open innovation platform helping global brands and NGOs accelerate innovation by collaborating at internet scale with a global crowd of 80 000 creative professionals.
Today, Bastian shares his experience as an advisor for startups, as well as for top managers in large organizations facing digital transformation. His work has been featured in various press outlets, such as The New York Times, Fast Company, Huffington Post, Die Zeit, and Der Spiegel. He discusses mass collaboration, open innovation, and the future of work as an active speaker at international conferences.
